The inside says "Strategia - Made in Italy" and the soles say "Vero Cuoio - Made in Italy"

I got the fact that they're italian.

I am wondering which one of those tags might be the brand name and whether anyone's ever heard of them.

iirc, Vero Cuoio means that the outsole is real leather. Strategia must be the brand. I've never heard of them, but Google has, and this is what I got:

why? I prefer rubber soles, they last longer.

I walk fast and find rubber soles difficult to walk in. They tend to "stick," whereas leather soles move right along with you.

Thanks guys! I guess they are a small Italian brand but the quality is probably pretty good if they are using leather soles, I imagine.
