2.5 mile run

1 hour jog + 1 hour walk + 25 lunges + 100 crunches.
 
Never posted here b4 but will start. Im a FITNESS FREAK in addition to loving fashion lol...

-2 hour long arm workout session (triceps, biceps), also threw in shoulders.
-15min sauna

Not sure if pics are allowed, but here's one I took after the workout.

Wednesday: 12 mile bike ride
Thursday: 12 mile bike ride
 
Monday: jogging 20 minutes
Tuesday: jogging 30 minutes
Thursday: jogging 90 minutes
Sunday: Winsor pilates 20 minutes, elliptical 20 minutes
 
Started off the New Year right with an hour on the elliptical.
 
Monday: cardio 30 minutes
Tuesday: elliptical 30 minutes
Wednesday: cardio 45 minutes
Friday: HIIT 30 minutes
Saturday: jogging 30 minutes
 
1 hour and 15 minutes of bike + 100 reverse crunches + 60 inner thigh sculputor workout, (something like that) for each leg.

This is the first time i work out since last year... i had been a bit lazy :lol:
