I think she looks cool, but the cover isn't cool. The pose has been done to death, they literally took 20 years off her with photoshop, and the grey/white combo doesn't do the outfit justice.

I like the image, Amber looks great as always, that suit looks pretty luxe. But if you told me this was a cover from 2002 I'd believe it.
