In State School Recommendations

I am a Navy Veteran with education benefits that will pay for in-state tuition at a public school in full.
Unfortunately a public school is all I can afford in that regard.
I like Arizona State's Bacholor's in Fashion Design.
Would anyone be able to recommend a better school?

thank you for your service. Love the Navy. I know people who delploy on Submarines for months at a time and have so much respect for them. Theyre stationed at Norfolk.

I would probably not use my GI Bill for fashion design. I would do something like electrical engineering.

Karl Lagerfeld said its possible to make great clothes at home and I think you shouldnt spend 6 figs unless you are ok with not working in your degreed field.
