Hey, I was wondering if anyone will know what i am talking about. Those oriental jackets that are like tight on the upper body but then flair at the bottom... I've seen them on tv and on some cartoons, but i was wondering what they're called and where can i buy them if you know. also if you have anypics of what im talkin about
