College for Fashion Journalism or Fashion History (preferably remote)?

I looked up threads here but they all seem to be at least 10 years old...

If one is thinking about deepening his/her fashion knowledge and learn more about fashion history, what would be the best way to do so? Is there an acknowledged university to do so?
I was looking at multiple Fashion journalists online (Anna, Suzie, Tim, Glenda, etc) or Fashion curators (Pamela, Andrew etc). its hard to find where they went to college and if they did, it was not in fashion at all and they somehow ended up working there anyway. So it's a bit confusing if there is an institution that can provide quite in-depth education on fashion history, or if all the success is merely due to self-studies?

I totally understand your concern! It's true that many successful fashion professionals didn't study fashion in college. However, there are some great universities that offer strong programs in fashion history and theory. For example, the London College of Fashion, Parsons School of Design in New York, and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) are all well-known for their fashion programs. Additionally, you can also learn a lot from online courses, books, and documentaries about fashion history
