Thanks so much Jamie!

Yeah, I've done the whole tuscany outlet..

I think I will check them, I probably wont have to wrestle a truckload of tourists in the Ancona and Montegranaro SPACE's which should improve my chances of finding a good bargain!

btw ya went to the bulgari outlet in roma?
a real good one:-P

No I can't say that I have... We'll probably not have time to visit Rome this time around..

The trip is more than likely going to be partly an agricultura holiday to please my 2 year old, combined with lots of stops at wineries in Veneto.. (filling the car with wine to keep the hubby happy) and whatever shopping I can hit in between Veneto and Abruzzo..

Will do.. Marni sounds deep deep undercoverish with the unmarked building and the walkway in the back.. Good thing I'll be going in June..

Oh..both Marni outlets are in Milan... I think the chances of me going to Milan this summer are very slim.. Milan last summer was not a big hit with my 2 year old.. so we're avoiding the big cities this summer.. I'll save the address tho' never know when I might be going with my girlfriends instead..

ic.. ya enjoy shopping that much like most of my danish friends:-P
but etro could be ok too
i think i will try soem marni and Belstaff.
im goin to antwerpen nextweekend.. they ahve stocksales rush rush..
i kept asking some friends to send me the invitations:-P

Is it true that cosmetics (Armani, Dior, Chanel etc) and perfume are cheaper in Italy?

i dont think so.. they ahve same global price actually But one thing I can be sure they the italian have sales so it is actually very cheap!!!

you can get dior homme Tshirt for 70€+ in Italy but it is forbidden in most of DH stores to do that!!!

Btw there are some stores inParis they do that too:-P but only ca 20% cheaper

I am going to Rome at the end of May- do you have any tips on vintage shopping there?
also, do you think it would be ok to get on a train and go to the Mall outside Florence for one day only? the journay to Florence should be approx 1.30h plus transfer to the outlet will be another 3om - do you think it would be worth it? is the mall the best place to go cheap designer shopping in italy?
thanks

I dotn get ypur point here!!!
You are in rome? to get to florence ya can only get Es/IC and it takes at least 2 hours to go to montervarchi or rignano.

there are several outlets there
D&G, dolce&Gabbana,the mall, prada, roberto cavalli,loewe/celine ect

so depends.. but if you only need prada and the mall 1 day s ok...
